The Central California Educational Talent Search Program is an outreach program designed
to provide services that will assist eligible participants complete their secondary
education and prepare for college. The goal of the program is to identify, encourage and

Eligible participants in the Educational Talent Search Program will

Eligibility
Individuals whose family income meets U.S. Department of Education
low income levels.
- Potential first generation college students.
- Students enrolled in a targeted school.
- Individuals who meet legal residency requirements.
