1. Currently enrolled student at CSU, Fresno
2. Minimum units enrolled: Graduate—4 units; Undergraduate—6 units
3. Cumulative grade point average of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale
4. Sophomore standing
5. One faculty recommendation letter for each subject area
6. Unofficial copy of most recent transcript
